Carole Tomko, J.D. has over 30 years of diverse business experience, including serving as CEO for her family’s real estate investment business and as head of human resources for two publicly-traded companies. Carole led HR for two public companies, working directly with their Boards of Directors, for a combined period of 15 years. She has expertise in the areas of: executive coaching, succession planning, organizational transformation, executive compensation, executive recruiting, diversity and inclusion, talent management, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to Carole’s corporate experience, she previously owned a successful consulting and executive search practice for 15 years. Her clients included a number of both private and public companies.
